20 best home remedies for Constipation

1. Drinking a cup of ripe tomato juice will removes old constipation and gives strength to the intestines.
2. Swallow 1 to 2 teaspoon linseed seeds with fresh water while sleeping in the night. Removal of intestinal dryness will clear the stool.
